multiPASS-iD was born of a customer’s request for an innovative solution to help reduce operating costs while providing amenity and control within a large senior living residential community. We were able to apply one of our first smart card applications that really delivered on the promise of distributed data, all while reducing operating expenses more than 60%. Further expansion within this market introduced us to health and wellness organizations and eventually to membership clubs. We’ve expanded our network to include a vast array of ticketing and management software, hardware, locker and implementation partners.
